What is a Smudge Bouquet + How to Burn Instructions
What is an Intentional Smudge Bouquet?
Similar to a traditional sage smudge stick, I handcraft all of my Smudge Bouquets from scratch, each with powerful, purposeful intentions + different combinations of herbs, peels, flowers, amplified with copper wrapped crystals and the 2 main ingredient in EACH Bouquet is Palo Santo + Cinnamon. These Wellness Tools are crafted for the intention of burning, spiritual cleaning, cleansing your aura + sacred space – I like to think of them as reminders to restore balance in our lives spiritual, mentally, physically and emotionally.
Palo Santo is a sacred wood that comes from the magical Palo Santo tree, native to the coast of South America. Its name literally means "holy wood". When it is burned, the smoke has both medicinal and therapeutic healing power. And its aroma is just AMAZING!... Fresh smelling with hints of mint and citrus, proving to be one of the most fragrant woods in the world. Palo Santo benefits include relieving symptoms of common colds, stress, headaches, anxiety, inflammation, emotional trauma and more. It is also wonderful for setting and sealing in your intentions with. We also like to use it while clearing our crystals and our jewelry! Well-known Palo Santo uses include inspiring creativity, evoking protection, infusing blessings and bringing both love and good fortune. It is a wonderful tool to use before and during your meditation. Its uplifting scent helps to raise your vibration to bring a deeper connection to the Earth and your divine source.
Cinnamon is a very attractive, clairvoyant/ psychic energy tool that stimulates our higher selves + thinking, enhances protection + prosperity, heats up “cold romances" + enhances sexual/sensual energies
