Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York with a deep love + connection to nature, herbs, art and holistic health. I grew up in a Holistic house hold, my mother owns an Apothecary in Brooklyn and I also wholesale my creations to her Shop for the Community on Tompkins Ave, in Bedstuy. (Ancient Blends Apothe'Care)

When I graduated as a Health Coach in 2018, my vision was instead of offering a service, I wanted to provide a tangible healing tool customers/clients can take home with them + create selfcare rituals.

I intertwine my knowledge and experience with holistic health, spirituality, herbalism, astrology + artistry into what is now Healthy Healers Empowered Creations

I create plant based products, healing + manifestation tools to aid in selfcare, mental, emotional, physical health and spiritual growth in the forms of unique Intentional Smudge Bouquets, Floral Body Mists, CBD Smoke Blends - Body Butters - Oils,  Smudge Candles, Manifestation Journals + Copper wrapped Crystals.
